AFRICA SENIOR CHAMPIONSHIPS 2021 : The Algerian Athletics Federation’s President in contact with partners

The president of the Algerian Athletics Federation (FAA), Mr. Abdelhakim Dib, spoke on Monday December 14, 2020 by videoconference with an international company enrolled by the CAA to take care of the sponsorship and communication aspects of the Africa senior

Championships scheduled from June 1 to 5, 2021 in Oran.

The sponsorship commission of the CAA took part in this online working session with this company based in Spain.

The three parties discussed, in particular about how to find out economic partners to "make profitful" these championships on the international level in order to give a new breathe to the local organizing committee.

These efforts reinforce those undertaken by a local communication agency tasked by the federation to "commercialize” this continental sporting event on the national level by attracting as many economic partners as possible.

The 22nd edition of the Africa senior Championships is a continental sporting event for which the FAA and CAA want to give another dimension with the greatest and widest visibility possible on national and international levels.

As a sporting competition, this event, is also intended to be an African celebration, with the participation of the stars of the continent who would like to confirm their levels and shine with thousand lights.

One month before the Tokyo Olympic Games, the event in Oran will be an opportunity for some African athletes to offer themselves another high level competition and for others to force their destinies in search of the required standards.

Oran, the capital city of African athletics, will also be an opportunity for the local organizing committee to confirm all of Algeria's expertise in the organization of major sporting events. This working meeting, which is much more a contact meeting with the international agency, will be followed by other talks to better sponsor the Oran 2021 meeting.
